Attorney’s Fees for Residential Closings

 Mr. Allison charges  a flat fee of $650.00  to represent Sellers or Buyers of residential real estate.

The fee includes the review, preparation and revisions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and review of the HUD Settlement Statement.  As to Sellers, it also includes the preparation of the Deed and as to Buyers it includes preparation of a Declaration of Homestead.

 The fee does not include attendance at the closing, new construction, new condominiums and there is an additional charge of $45.00 for the purchase of existing condominiums.   If you want Mr. Allison to attend the closing,  there will be an additional fee of $250.00 for closings in Essex County and you will be charged $225.00 per hour for closings outside of Essex County.
