No Fee Unless Successful
Contingent Fee: In personal injury cases, attorneys are required to sign contingent fee agreements with their client that provide, in part, that the attorney’s fee is contingent upon compensation to be paid for the recovery of damages, and the client is not to be liable to pay the compensation to the personal injury attorney other than from amounts collected for him/her by the personal injury attorney.
PIP Claims: If Attorney Allison is handling your bodily injury claim resulting from a car accident, he will process your PIP claim for no additional fee.
Communication

Legal Services
Attorney Allison will provide you with experienced, thorough, and aggressive representation. Here is a description of the services you will receive:
Free Initial Consultation: We offer a free initial consultation to all of our prospective clients. Depending on the circumstances, the free initial consultation may consist of a telephone conference and/or a meeting.
Insurance Companies: Attorney Allison will correspond with,talk to, and ultimately negotiate with adjusters from insurance companies providing coverage for your personal injury claim.
Medical Records: He will obtain and review your medical records.
Medical Bills: Attorney Allison will obtain your medical bills and help you with any issues you may have with getting your medical bills paid.
Medical Information Sheet: Attorney Allison’s office prepares a Medical Information Sheet which contains the names of his clients’ providers (doctors, therapists, etc.), the dates of treatment, the amount of the bills, the amount of any balances,and the source of payment.
Lost Wages: He will obtain loss wage information and help you obtain compensation for loss wages to which you are entitled while you are waiting for the outcome of your claim.
PIP Claims: If you were in a car accident, Mr. Allison will process your PIP claim. PIP is insurance coverage for medical bills, lost wages, and replacement services.
Investigation: Your claim will be fully investigated in order to obtain evidence on the issue of liability. The investigation may include obtaining witness statements, photos of the scene of the accident and any property damage, police reports, certified weather reports, fire department records, maps, instruction manuals, and various other reports and records.
Medical Research: If necessary, Attorney Allison will research your medical condition in order to have a better understanding of your injury and to help him explain your condition to an insurance adjuster, judge or jury.
Legal Research: Attorney Allison is knowledgeable about personal injury law, and he will research any legal issues which may arise while he is processing your personal injury claim.
Experts: Sometimes experts are needed to prove liability and/or damages. If necessary, Mr. Allison will retain the services of qualified experts.
Evaluate/Settle/Litigate: At the appropriate time, Attorney Allison will evaluate your claim, work to negotiate a fair and just settlement, and, if necessary, aggressively litigate your claim.
