A free consultation is provided to all of Attorney Allison's prospective personal injury clients.

Attorney Allison will probably first talk to you about your case on the telephone.

If Attorney Allison thinks he can help you with your case, he will set up a meeting with you at a mutually agreeable time. Otherwise, he will tell you he is not able to represent you and, if appropriate, refer you to another attorney or attorney referral service.

You should bring the following information to your meeting with Attorney Allison:

1. Any photos you have of the scene, property damage (i.e. car) or to your person;

2. Any accident reports;

3. Any estimates and repair bills relating to property damage;

4. Names and addresses and telephone numbers of any witnesses;

5. Names and addresses of the person who caused the accident;

6. Names and addresses of any providers (i.e. hospitals and doctors).

During the meeting, Attorney Allison will discuss your case with you in greater detail. He will ask you questions about how the accident happened, any injuries you suffered, any treatment you received, any other matters which will help him in handling your claim, and he will answer any questions you may have.

Attorney Allison will also explain to you the process of pursuing a personal injury claim, what he will do for you as your legal representative, and how he gets paid.

Attorney Allison will consider the information that you provide to him and tell you if he is able to pursue a personal injury claim in your behalf. If both you and Attorney Allison are agreeable, you and he will sign a Contingent Fee Agreement. Any time Attorney Allison spends on your case prior to signing the Contingent Fee Agreement is FREE.

Attorney Allison will receive no compensation from representing you unless you both sign a Contingent Fee Agreement and Attorney Allison is able to obtain compensation for your loss or harm.
